In our renovation co-ordination work, we build the beautiful. This is what people pay top dollar for. If the goal is to turn houses into homes, we make that happen too. All our clients are time poor and have a desire for well thought out solutions to their property problems. That’s what we do.

Over the years we have developed networks of specialists, who like us, are passionate about their work. We find people who do it better than everyone else. We co-ordinate extensive property renovations and prepare complex projects for sale. Our rigorous systems of management ensures we minimise the risks.

We also prepare properties for sale. And then sell them. Usually within 10 days. Sometimes faster, but always to our clients’ benefit.

Our buyer advocacy service finds the right properties for people with different needs. We take the time to listen and understand the needs of clients and then we bid on their behalf at auctions, negotiate with vendors, find properties that are not yet on the market and use years of experience to ensure our clients are buying well.
